Our mission is to enhance service delivery, improve emergency response, and support urban planning by providing unique, geo-coded address numbers assigned to buildings in Kenya.

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves driving business growth, creating strategic partnerships, and developing impactful marketing campaigns to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify and establish partnerships with stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector companies, and NGOs.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our smart addressing system.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and marketing targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of geo-coding and smart addressing systems is an added advantage.

Salary:
Competitive monthly salary ranging between Ksh80,000 - 120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
